Share & Be Encouraged!

I will be devoting this page to comments from my readers about their encounters with fiery darts and/or their opinions about the message of my book.!  As various readers offer their insight into Fiery Darts: Satan’s Weapon of Choice, I pray you will be inspired and encouraged to avail yourselves to the liberating message of this book.    As it says in 2 Corinthians 1:4,

Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort. He comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any kind of affliction, through the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

From a dear friend:

I deal with fiery darts, and I feel everyone does daily. When I feel Satan is putting me down, whether it is inwardly, or through someone else, I pray and share with God about what is going on. Another thing I do, if the fiery dart comes from an outward source, or someone else, I ask God to help me to love the other person with the agape love. And I try not to confront the other person. Sometimes anger can get the best of me, and I will fail in this area. But I try not to let this happen. Instead I aim to watch for God to work in each of our lives. And if we each respond to God’s working in our lives, this can be glorious. And I don’t share with the other person about my prayers about the fiery darts. I hope this will help others to deal with fiery darts.

Barbara’s family and my family have known each other for years. Barbara is a dear friend and one of my best supporters.

It’s an easy read that has powerful insights of how Satan uses the small stuff to draw us away from The Lord and what we can do to prepare for those fiery darts! It’s a book whose thoughts stay with you! I’m always glad to recommend a good book and yours is!!! It’s a great gift to give friends . . .

Kellie and her family are close friends who faithfully attend our church. Kellie has been an avid promoter of Fiery Darts from day one. I am grateful beyond words for her support and encouragement.

Does that little voice in your head tell you you’re too fat? Or does it say “You can’t do that…you’re not good enough”? This little powerful book explains the truth about our inner dialogue and how important it is to find the source of that negativity and put a stop to it. I was shocked at how relevant this topic is in today’s society. We all fall prey to the devil and his schemes. Janet Lane is showing us the tools to fight that evil! I read it and am passing it to my 12 year old daughter.

Jane has been a life long friend of my husband’s parents and our family as well.  Jane has been a widow for 31 years and she and her husband Tex impacted my life in ways that will have eternal significance. Two of their children and two of our children are blessed to serve in the same church together so our connection with this wonderful family remains constant.

Janet, just finished your book! Congratulations on writing from God’s perspective in a clear concise way! Thank you, Janet for writing it! It has a lot of biblical wisdom in it! I enjoyed it very much! I think I’ll order 4 more if you still have them!

Here is my first post from one of my dear readers (a friend from days past. She and I sang in a ladies group together and even made a recording! Our group was called In One Accord. Such precious memories). May there be more posts like these in the days to come! Thank you Dottie!

Well, I have a confession to make. I read a wonderful little book called “Fiery Darts”, which was written by an old friend, Janet Warren Lane. It’s about how to counter negative thoughts and feelings in your every day life channeled from Satan. I feel freer now than ever before! I’ve always been a positive thinker; My hubby is a pessimist. For the last several years I’ve developed a depressed outlook on Life, thinking it came from his negative thinking, but after reading this book, I suddenly realized it was Satan twanging his darts at me, making me feel alone and worthless. I didn’t want to tweak up my depression meds, so now I don’t have to! I feel confident I can get those “fiery darts” from hitting me in the gut! I thank my friend for her book, but mostly thank my God and Savior for helping me to “see”! (go to FieryDarts.com to ck it out!)
